1. Agreement

These terms apply to your use of webscheduler.co.za ("this site"). By browsing it you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

This site describes the WebScheduler appointment scheduling product. It is marketing material, not the product itself, and using it does not create a contract to supply anything. Any agreement to supply WebScheduler is made separately and in writing.

WebScheduler Local, at listing.webscheduler.co.za, is a different service with its own terms of use.

3. Acceptable use

You may read, print and share these pages. You may not:

• Scrape, bulk-download or systematically copy the site, or use automated tools against it beyond ordinary browsing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or interfere with its operation.
• Use it to send unsolicited marketing, or harvest any address published on it for that purpose. Doing so is also an offence under section 45 of the ECT Act and POPIA section 69.
• Misrepresent your identity or your relationship with us when contacting us through it.

4. Our content and brand

The text, design, screenshots, logo and name on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may quote short extracts with attribution. You may not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, or reproduce the site's design as your own.

5. Demo requests and enquiries

Sending us an enquiry does not oblige us to provide a demonstration, a quote or the product. We may decline any request. Note that the form on our contact page opens a message in your own email application rather than submitting to us — see our privacy policy.

6. Accuracy of what you read here

We keep this site current, but prices, features and screenshots change. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and figures shown are indicative. Prices are quoted in South African Rand and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Confirm anything you intend to rely on with us in writing first.

7. Links to other places

This site links to WebScheduler Local, to our developer documentation and, in the legal pages, to third parties such as Google and the Information Regulator. We do not control external sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.

8. Availability

This site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, move or discontinue any part of it without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

11. Privacy

Our privacy policy and cookie policy form part of these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept the revised version.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
